Definitions:
Model files: the original model files, modified versions, converted versions, separated parts that remain reusable as model data, and similar data.
Project files: template projects, tutorial projects, integration samples, Unity projects, or other editable project files that include this model.
Output works: images, videos, livestream footage, screenshots, renders, promotional images, printed materials, and other presentation results generated using this model. Output works themselves must not contain data that can be extracted or restored into the model itself.
  • Allowed
  • You may use this model in games, software, animation, videos, livestreams, interactive programs, and similar works, and those works may be commercialized.
  • You may publicly release project files such as template projects, tutorial projects, and integration samples that include this model, provided that you follow the credit and distribution boundary requirements on this page. If such project files are paid, the paid content must be the publisher's added project structure, tutorial content, integration work, or related services, not the model files themselves.
  • You may modify the model as long as the character attribution is not changed. Modified versions may be released, but only for free; paid distribution, paid access, or disguised paid distribution is not allowed. When releasing a modified version, keep the original model source and this license notice, and you may add modifier credits as needed.
  • You may convert this model into compatible formats such as MMD or VRC and publish the converted files. Converted files may only be published for free. Charging for converted results, paid distribution, or disguised paid distribution is not allowed. When publishing converted files, keep the original model source and this license notice, and add converter credits as needed.
  • You may publish and commercially use output works.
  • You may use AI at runtime to drive or control this model for performance and interaction, such as LLM dialogue, TTS voice, automatic lip sync, motion generation/control, or text-to-motion generation, as long as you comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party license requirements.
  • You may use this model for physical products, merchandise, and similar uses. Please provide credit in the product description or another reasonable location.
  • In a private commissioned work relationship, the model files or project files that contain the model itself may be transferred within a limited scope between the client and contractor, for example for blendshape creation, physics setup, or project integration. Such transfers must not be publicly redistributed, and the license notice must be included. If third-party paid plugins are involved, their respective license boundaries must still be followed.
  • Prohibited
  • × You must not mislead others into thinking you are the original author, an official representative, or officially endorsed. You also must not use the model in ways that damage the image of Ami Koharune or intentionally mislead others about the license boundaries, such as implying exclusive authorization or official endorsement.
  • × Without explicit permission, you must not re-upload, mirror, rename, republish, or list the original model files elsewhere.
  • × You must not treat model files, converted versions, modified versions, separated parts, or similar data as paid distribution content, bundled paid products, or any other disguised paid download content.
  • × You must not modify or separate parts of the model in order to incorporate them into a commercial work whose sole purpose is selling models.
  • × You must not use this model, including modified or converted versions, to depict or remake characters/images other than Ami Koharune.
  • × You must not use this model for adult, age-restricted, sexual, grotesque, political, religious, hate-speech, deceptive, or other uses prohibited by Amitaro's Voice Material Studio terms.
  • × You must not use this model resource for AI training. This includes meshes, textures, materials, skeletons/rigging data, expression/motion data, modified versions, and uploads to any public or private training dataset. Output works related to this model also must not be used for AI training.
Distribution Notes:
Regardless of distribution method, if the distribution includes the model itself or reusable model data, the license for the model-related portion remains unchanged and must be passed along with that portion. You may not bypass these terms through packaging format, project format, conversion format, or publishing platform.
Except for the cases explicitly allowed on this page, the original model files may not be directly distributed.
When distributing converted files, modified files, or project files that contain the model itself, the license notice and credit information must be included.
When distributing in contexts where information can easily be separated from its source, such as chat groups, temporary cloud drives, or comment replies, please use a compressed package that includes the license notice and credit information to prevent loss of context after reposting.
Packaging note: when publicly distributing project files, do not include third-party paid plugin files, source code, binaries, asset files, or any other recoverable content that you do not have the right to re-license.

When using this model, you must also comply with the applicable laws and regulations in your location, the rules of the publishing platform, and relevant third-party rights requirements. Users are solely responsible for any risks, disputes, penalties, infringement liability, or losses arising from their use. For matters not covered here or special use cases involving the character image and official terms, please first refer to the official information page: https://amitaro.net/voice/faq/. If anything remains unclear, please contact Amitaro's Voice Material Studio for confirmation. For questions about the additional license scope of this model, please contact the modeler CK-迭代型.

FAQ

Q: If I make revenue from a game, software, animation, or livestream using this model, do I need to pay a usage fee?

A: No. Within the license scope described on this page, we do not charge model usage fees or license fees. You may earn revenue from the work itself, such as software features, game content, animated videos, or livestream services. However, you must not sell the model files, converted versions, modified versions, or separated parts as paid downloads, either directly or indirectly.

Q: Can I use the 2D artwork assets on this website, such as the reference image or standing illustrations?

A: In principle, no. The authorization on this page applies only to the 3D model. If I separately publish an explicit usable license for certain 2D assets on social media or other channels, that additional statement takes priority. 2D assets without such a license statement are not available for use by default. If you need 2D artwork assets, please contact me and describe your intended use.
